A chef from a renowned restaurant in Katsuura will present a special dish that makes the most of seasonal ingredients.
Before using our mobile chef service, we kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of the following points.

About your reservation
I) The private chef service is based on a contract between the customer and the partner chef, and is not provided directly by our company.
II) Bookings for our private chef service are made on a request basis to our partner chefs. The contract is finalized between the customer and the partner chef after scheduling has been coordinated.
III) Customers submit their requests using the dedicated booking form for the private chef service, and then the customer directly coordinates the schedule and menu with the partner chef.
IV) Due to the availability of our partner chefs, we may not be able to accommodate your requested date, or menu changes may occur that do not meet your expectations. Thank you for your understanding.

Disclaimer
I) Private chefs are external service providers, and our company is only involved in introducing private chef services. The responsibility for the service and quality thereafter rests with the partner chef.
II) Please be aware that we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for quality, safety, damages, or problems arising from the use of our private chef service.
III) In the unlikely event that any problems arise regarding meals served through our catering service (allergic reactions, food poisoning, etc.), please contact our partner chef directly.
